Hola,
I'm trying to write a blog post about Macri, and I've read up on him a bit. As I understand it he has a strong business background, which might be good for us expats trying to do business here. But I've also heard that he may be a corrupt mafioso...
What's your perspective on the guy...?
Thanks,
Will

Coppola visits La Colifata radio
Yesterday, prestigious movie director Francis Ford Coppola visited La Colifata radio, which broadcasts programmes made by the inmates of the José Borda psychiatric hospital. After spending the afternoon accompanied by the patients, Coppola confirmed that in his next movie, that will be filmed in Buenos Aires in 2008, one of the actors will be an inmate of the institution.

In his latest post Alan Patrick shows how much use of the term 'Buenos Aires' has increased in just the last two years: http://www.buenostours.com/buenos-aires-is-hot-and-cool#more-118
I knew BA's online popularity and exposure was increasing, but didn't have any stats to back it up...

I'd like to draw attention to a useful post at Cesar's blog:
http://argentinastravel.com/442/how-to-buy-bus-tickets-at-the-retiro-bus-station-in-buenos-aires/
We've found the Retiro station to be intimidating/confusing. This post was helpful.

We changed that profile question about TV to one about your occupation... So, if you're telling people your occupation is Scooby-Doo and Seinfeld... you may want to change that.
